Free provisions at each checkpoint
Every walker receives free supplies at each checkpoint. Because walkers need a lot of energy, it goes without saying that the utmost care is taken with the supplies. The organisation provides fruit, yoghurt, biscuits, bread rolls, coffee, tea, soup and sports drinks.
At the checkpoint halfway through the route, walkers can enjoy a hot meal, which is easily digestible and rich in carbohydrates. You order this meal when you register and you pay euros for it.

Please note that every checkpoint has its own opening and closing time that you as a walker should respect.
!!!! You may not enter the post before the opening hour and you must have left the checkpoint before the closing time!!!
Because the start can take up to half an hour, you can arrive on Saturday until 21.30 hrs. The organisation also takes this half hour into account at all checkpoints

Checks
The organisation uses a checkpoint badge with a chip to register the participant at the checkpoints. We do not scan the badge at every checkpoint. The organisation does not communicate the checkpoints where your badge will be scanned in advance.
You can only quit the event at the checkpoints. All checkpoints have the signs you need to find a support vehicle to bring you back to Bornem. Make sure to sign out at the checkpoint first. You will be given a return ticket that can be used to enter the support vehicle.
